A NOTE ABOUT MEDIA IN ALERTS:
The industries that allow for sending media in MMS or Push Notifications have a very strict cap on the size of the media that can be transmitted. This is reflected in the Create Alert Section of the Alert Manager and we have done our best to adhere to the cap.
A NOTE ABOUT SMS SENDING:
We are aware of the complications sending SMS through our communication system and we thank everyone who continued with us in spite of the complications. At the time of the Cyberschool Communication System's inception, the vendor who supplied us with the ability to send SMS from the website was in a good place and performing it's function. Overtime, things had changed - technology had advanced - and, unfortunately we were very slow to advance with it due to our own changes. we believe this update will rectify any and all issues with sending SMS from the site ranging from difficulties sending to difficulties receiving to difficulties reaching multiple audiences.
- (PATCHED) Converted SMS option to use Campaign Method to increase overall throughput
