The focus of this update was to resolve a few issues with the Popup Manager as well as the Navigation Editor, and the Permissions for Editing GCDs

We are continuing to work on issues in the Navigation Editor. Thank you to everyone who has brought their feedback to us so that we can work to make it better. This update contains a number of bugfixes as well as some features that, we believe will include the Quality of Life of the average user.

(PATCH) Established an "all-or-nothing" saving mechanic for Popups. There have been reports of successful saves, with the exception of the popup meta data. This led to difficulties getting the popup to display or even crashing in some extreme cases.

(FIXED) Resource loading in the navigation editor has been fixed. This includes showing the proper resources for the school being edited as well as the resources for each tab of the resource (Site, GCD, or Search)
(FIXED) Linking to a GCD in the Navigation. When setting a navigation item to link to a Classroom/Department, the link will now direct the user appropriately.
(FIXED) Linking to a Popup in the Navigation. When setting a navigation item to deploy a popup, the popup will display wherever it is clicked on the site (regardless of the popup configuration).
(RESTORED) Support for editing pages & posts in the navigation editor. All Pages & Posts (blog, news, events, podcasts) now have the pencil icon for editing right from the navigation editor.
(NEW) Mass Editing Tools for Show/Hide, Public/Private (Intranet), and Link Target are now available.
(FIXED) Re-ordering of Menu Items in the GCD Navigation Editor
(FIXED) Support for setting a GCD Menu Sync inside another GCD Menu Structure.

(NEW) GCDs can now be edited based on the user's permission to Administer Departments/Classes
- This means when setting permissions for a group, if the members in the group have the Administer option ticked for Departments or Classrooms. They will be considered Admins of all Departments or Classrooms for the site, respectively.
- This will eliminate the long process of (a) assigning ownership of the GCD to the User(s) or (b) creating an Admin Group on every Department or Classroom, setting permissions, and assigning User(s) to the group
(NEW) Department/Classroom Administer Permissions carry over with Roaming Permissions
